Wish again.....Corridor surfaces

Since we all usually need to create a Top surface and a Datum surface with Daylight boundaries, why not just do it!

Meaning give us a couple of toggles that are always on unless we tell it otherwise, that will tell C3D to just create the Top surface from the Top codes and a Datum Surface from the Datum codes, and add daylight boundaries to both......Just do it.....

95% of the time we need to create these now and it just seems like a waste of time going through the process every time you build a corridor for the first time................Just do it..........

Fairly simple but a huge time saver......
